ScarScience™ is a specialized topical gel developed by a team of plastic surgeons to improve the appearance and healing of scars. This unique scar management program addresses key aspects of scar treatment including collagen maturation, moisture retention, controlled inflammation, and physical support through microporous tape.
Please Note: This product is not sterile and should not be used as a wound dressing.
How to Use:
- Initial Application: After cleansing the scar area, apply the microporous tape directly over the scar.
- Gel Application: Apply ScarScience™ Gel on top of the tape.
- Routine Application: Use the gel twice daily. Clean off the old gel before reapplying. Replace the tape every 4-5 days or as needed.
- Duration: Continue tape application for 2-6 weeks, depending on the scar. Afterward, apply gel only for up to 6 months or until the scar has healed.
