How safe is it to buy online?
It is extremely safe to buy online via Credit Card or Paypal. We use 128bit SSL Security. This enables us to securely work online without worrying about anybody getting any of your personal information.


What kind of Credit Card do you accept?
We accept the two major credit card cards – Visa and MasterCard.


How do you work out the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are worked out by weight/volumetric weight, whichever one is heavier. Shipping rates is also determined which shipping option you have chosen.


When will you take the money off my credit card?
We will remove the amount of the client’s credit card as soon as the order has been shipped.


What will display on my credit statement?
The credit card statement will display Ecopay on our credit card statement.


How do I do an order on this website?
First, you need to choose the specific products you want and add them to the shopping cart.
Click on the checkout button and create an account if you have not done so already. Add your shipping and billing details and click Next.
Choose your shipping information and enter your credit card information and click next. Now you edit the order or place the order. After placing the order you will receive an email as confirmation of the Order. Please email if there has been some kind of error.


Can I return my order?
Before returning your order, please email us for an estimate on how much the return charges will be. We reserve the right to charge you for extra shipping charges, a restocking fee, the recovery cost billed to us, and a handling fee. Please note that if there is any damage to our product when it’s been returned we will add this to the new order bill.
