Just want to say thanks

As a South African living in Belgium for over 8 years, I am forever looking for traditional biltong and boerewors. I don't know what it is but I buy biltong from a local South African supplier and it always tastes so metallic but tried Saffatrasding Pick and pay biltong and I am totally amazed by the difference in taste. Does anybody know why this is the case?
