Made from lean cuts of ostrich, our light textured dried out sausage with a gentle coriander flavor, carries all-natural fat included for enhanced taste. These products are preserved in a protected and hygienic packaging. Once unwrapped, keep in a sealed container and refrigerate. Consume within 2 days. Compatible with home freezing.
