Monis Pale Dry Sherry offers apricot and slightly nutty vanilla notes and as the name implies is quite dry on the palate. Perfectly suited to cured meat and cheese platters. Monis is the oldest producer of fortified wines in South Africa, and sherry is certainly no longer the stuffy aperitif many have characterized it as. All Monis’ sherries are made from chenin Blanc grapes and the taste and style of their sherries has been compared to the highly iconic equivalents hailing from of the south-west of Spain.
