This handy powder can also be used in your favourite recipes, try baking a batch of yummy custard slices or a decadent custard cake.

Usage Instructions

Stovetop Method:

1. Mix custard powder, sugar, and 50 ml of milk together (refer to the table for the specific amount of custard powder needed).
2. Heat 450 ml of milk in a saucepan until it begins to boil.
3. Gradually add the custard mixture to the boiling milk, stirring continuously.
4. Continue to stir and bring the mixture back to a boil.
5. Serve hot or cold. Adjust the sugar to taste if desired.

Microwave Method:

1. Combine custard powder, sugar, and 50 ml of milk in a 1-liter microwave-safe jug (refer to the table for the appropriate quantity of custard powder).
2. Stir well, then add the remaining milk and mix thoroughly.
3. Microwave on high (100%) for 5 minutes (650-700 W) or 7.5 minutes (500 W), or until the mixture boils, stirring every 2 minutes.
